Avis Terms & Conditions
The savings of up to 25% applies to Avis leisure weekly and weekend rates and is applicable only to the time and mileage charges of the rental. Offer does not apply to car group X. Taxes, concession recovery fees, vehicle license recovery fee, customer facility charges ($10/contract in CA) may apply and are extra. Optional products such as LDW ($28.99/day or less, except in Louisiana $49.99/day) and refueling are extra. Offer is available for U.S. and Canadian residents only for rentals at participating locations in the U.S. Weekly rates require a minimum five day rental period. Weekend rate available Thursday noon; car must be returned by Monday 11:59 p.m., or higher rate will apply. A Saturday night keep and an advance reservation may be required. Offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of rental and may not be available on some rates at some times, including some online rates at Avis.com. Car rental return restrictions may apply. Holiday and other blackout periods may apply. Renter must meet Avis age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old. Coupons must be surrendered at time of rental and cannot be used for one-way rentals, one coupon per rental. Coupons valid at participating Avis locations in the contiguous U.S. (excluding the New York Metro area). An advance reservation is required.
1 Offer of one weekend day free applies to the time and mileage charges only of the third consecutive day of a minimum three day weekend rental on an intermediate (group C) through a full-size four-door (group E) car. A Saturday night keep is required. Rental must begin by 12/31/2009.
2 Offer applies to one day free of the daily time and mileage charges on a minimum five consecutive day rental period on weekly rates with a Saturday night keep on an intermediate (group C) through full-size four door (group E) car. Rental must begin by 12/31/2009.
3 Coupon valid for a one time, one car group upgrade on an intermediate (group C) through a full-size four-door (group E) car. Maximum upgrade to premium (group G). Offer valid on daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rates only. Rental must begin by 12/31/2009.
4 Coupon valid for $50 off a monthly or mini-lease rental at participating Avis locations in the contiguous U.S. Offer applies to a minimum 30 day rental period of an intermediate (group C) through a full-size four-door (group E) car. Offer of $50 off a long term rental applies to the time and mileage charges on the first month of a minimum 30 and maximum 330 consecutive day rental. Rental must begin by 12/31/2009.
